My name is Alicia from South Africa. I am currently living here in Australia on a recently acquired Post-Study Work Visa and am looking to gain experience and advance my skills in the animation industry here. I graduated top of my class for my Higher Certificate in Animation & VFX at SAE Institute in South Africa and have recently graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Animation at SAE Creative Media Institute in Melbourne, Australia.
My greatest love and passion is in 3D animation. I am adept in various areas of 3d of which I enjoy specializing in 3D modeling and texturing the most. I am extremely excited to finally be able to go into the industry that is my ultimate dream and passion.
I have a knack for picking new skills up relatively quickly and problem solving on the go wherever possible and am always hungry for new information and learning new skills & methods. I am driven, kind, compassionate and understanding. I work well individually and collaboratively in a team. I also have quite a few years experience in various fields including hospitality and corporate but have always had a love for animation from a young age.
